Hi I'm Gavin, newbie to the community

Hi Everyone, im new to the community. Looking forward to progressing my future in property. I'm not a complete novice but have lots to learn to start pushing boundaries. Hopefully one day I can leave my current 9-5 if all goes well. Looking forward to meeting loads of new people and getting some networking going (as network is your networth). I'm a seasoned sparky so have a skill set to bring to the table when it comes to refurbs, so im no stranger. I'm booked on the bootcamp in Brentwood later this month. Is there anything I can be doing in the background prior to the event? I'm currently completing the online AFL property wealth fast track. Any advice or help welcome.
