This is really for the newbies like me. So I went to another networking event on Tuesday, nervous as hell, nonetheless I put my smiley face on and my confident walk and stepped into the room. As I entered a lady said “Tracey” how are you my name is xxxxx Anyway she saw my name tag that was given to me during registration that’s how she knew my name. We had a long chat exchanged details and continued to mingle with the crowd, by now I was unstoppable met another lady who after we stood in a circle and said our name and what we do, this lady came straight over to me and introduced herself. She is an accountant with links to various individuals within all sectors of the property industry. Again we exchanged details before parting ways. Now by the time I got home there was two emails in my mailbox inviting me to meet up for coffee and a chat as they wanted to hear what I had to say. @Liam J Ryan i didn’t even have to say “I’ll be standing over by the tea and coffee if you want to have a chat”. So I have two meetings scheduled for the week after boot camp. So newbies, I say that to say this, before the 17/1/26 I would never have dreamt that I would have the balls to attend networking events because I am the one who up until now would blend in with the wall, if I can do this anyone can, dedication, determination and consistency. Ask yourself how much do you really want this? But you gotta do the work. I am currently enroute to another event in London, will keep you posted 🤗

Ok newbies, I am updating you on the meeting I attended on Thursday evening, I didn’t want to attend as it was raining, windy dark and freezing outside and I was tucked up in bed with a backache. But I got out of bed, showered, got dressed and showed up at the event anyway as this event was about R2R SA and Air B an B. As R2R is my 80% to begin with I had some interesting conversations with persons who had recently secured R2R accommodation mainly in London as that’s their area, they shared some great tips on what to do to attract guests and how to generate continuous cash flow. In addition there were a few Deal Sourcers looking for people to partner with. I met one person who is also attending the AFL Deal Sourcing event on the 20th in Brentwood, I will be attending for the three days also in addition to the three day Property Wealth Bootcamp. I also managed to secure meetings with two persons that have been in the R2R business for a while and will meet up with them when I return from bootcamp. I do intend to do bigger projects, but for me R2R is to keep the money coming in, in the interim. This is a big deal for me as I am new to the property arena but just sharing my experiences with other newbies not sure where to begin. Have a blessed week everyone 👋

Please can someone confirm if property bootcamps take place actually on the premises of Suite 105, Waterhouse Business Centre, CM1 2QE ? It's not on the actual e mails confirming purchase. And I don't suppose anyone lives en route through South Glos GL12 ? I recently broke my wrist and still not driving - train / bus reliant 😬 Thanks

Hi everyone, I'm currently working with two Care Providers that are looking for blocks of flats for rent. 1. 4 x 1 or 2 bed block of flats in Enfield/Haringey 2. 7 x 2 or 3 bed block of flats in Barnet Does anyone have deals that fit this criteria that they want to sell for a fee? Alternatively does anyone have any advice regarding what sites/platforms list blocks of flats for rent? Thanks in advance 😃
