Grasshopper Property - Under Development

Today we recorded Episode 3 of Under Development.

When this podcast began, I could never have imagined the level of interest it would generate or the impact it would have.

Recently, I was asked if I was Clare from Grasshopper and Under Development, which was a real shock, but also a reminder of the power of social media and the conversations it can spark, particularly around investment.

You really can’t underestimate the value of social media when it comes to promoting your business and sharing your story.

In this episode, I was joined by Jamie Clutterbuck founder of Bucks Property and All Counties Property Group. We discussed why developers and estate agents need to collaborate early in the process, and why having a new build professional as part of the team is so important.

The weather was far from ideal, but it didn’t stop us from recording another great episode and sharing valuable insights especially for those who are new to development or moving more into ground up and commercial conversations.
