Grasshopper Property Q2 2026 kick off

Yesterday was a huge milestone for Grasshopper Property as we recorded Episode 1 of our very own podcast series, “Under Development.”

It was a completely new experience for me something I never imagined I’d be doing and I’ve yet to watch it back as it goes through editing. But hitting “record” on that first episode is a big step forward for us.

We then rounded off the day by hosting The Shires Network event, where over 30 people came together to connect, share stories, and talk openly about their challenges.

We were joined by local estate agents All Counties Property Group and Bucks Property, who generously answered questions from our members.

Never underestimate the power of networking and bringing like-minded people into the same room.

Never underestimate the determination of those you least expect.

And never underestimate the impact of a community like The Shires.
