Grasshopper Property has had a very challenging couple of weeks.

After unforeseen circumstances a sense of loss, we were faced with the immediate, practical reality of having to replace a significant amount of private capital for exchange and completion.

Finding £100k for exchange in such a short space of time initially felt almost impossible.

But a wise man once told me to “trust the process and the network you’ve surrounded yourself with” and he was right.

Through the support of our investors, partners and wider network, we’ve secured the exchange funds and allocated most of the completion equity. There are just a couple of final contracts to sign.

We always knew this journey wasn’t going to be easy, but the last few weeks have been testing, especially this week, and it’s only Wednesday!

What it has reinforced for us is that with resilience, determination and the right people around you, you can achieve the unimaginable.
