Deal sourcing
I was considering in the past residential deal sourcing, but after attending few webinars I prefer commercial deal sourcing.
They say that the fee is usually 5-10K in residential.
Heard in commercial it can be easily 20K.
Is it percentage of GDV in commercial?
How is sourcing fee calculated?
