Commercial deal sourcer
Anyone specialising in sourcing off-market commercial real estate?
I know it is niche as most focus on residential but I believe it would be a great addition to have a list of people able to bring commercial deals on the table.
If you are feel free to let us know in which region you operate
EDIT - when I say off market I mean OFF market. For me those are deals sourcers get from their personal connections with landlords, estate agents, councils, investors, builders, etc. Buildings that no one knows are for sale.
