Build People, Not Pressure
This pretty much sums up leadership for me.
A boss gives orders.
A leader builds people.
The strongest businesses I’ve seen aren’t built on control or authority, they’re built on trust, growth, and support.
If people only work for you, you’ll always be pushing.
When people grow with you, momentum takes care of itself.
Whether it’s property, business, or life in general…
Don’t aim to manage people.
Aim to lead them.
Curious, what’s the best leadership lesson you’ve learned so far?
