Genius Card Notifications
showed my card this am, and got a sale (well will be once I collect the $) and got a couple of questions that I did not know answer for. First, can ask spot notifiy our customer when someone interacts with the card, asking questions, going to links? And two how does the new customer get access to the conversation threads, is it automatic or do we have a link to give them so they can check periodically?
