The mission of Ascending Dragons is to change the public perception of meditation — moving it away from something secular, boring, or purely “relaxation-based,” and reclaiming it as a holistic, heart-centered, practical, and truly powerful path of awakening.
We exist to give seekers the strategic and critical confidence, clarity, and tools they need to grow spiritually and make meditation a consistent presence in their lives even while navigating a busy, chaotic world.
We achieve this by offering affordable, science-based meditation and breathwork training that is also mystical, communal, and deeply inspiring — drawing from the wisdom and symbolic beauty of Japanese Buddhist cosmology, where dragons guard the sacred thresholds all seekers must pass through on their path to ascension.
