Thanks everyone who attended SOMA!
Hey everyone, thank you for attending the SOMA awakening experience. I forgot to press record LOL. I'm going to have to do it again before we meet next in 2 weeks. I am available every Wednesday for a SOMA breath session for VIP members. The sound quality will continue to improve, especially once I find my mic, and learn how to get this reverb to work. Don't forget to get started with your preparatory breathing protocol to help prepare you for Soma breath. It's in the classroom top link I believe. And of course if you need anything I'm here 🙂. Also, we're going to be starting weekly meditation services Sunday at 11:30 eastern time December 14th
