It’s been awhile since learned about this and honestly… I forgot how simple and powerful it is.
Then a song came on a few mins ago and it immediately brought me back to it… like a little nudge of “hey… remember this?”
Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice centered around forgiveness, reconciliation, and restoring balance - or simply put, making things right. Over time, it’s been simplified into four phrases that you repeat with intention:
I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
And what I love about it is… you can use it anytime. Driving. Sitting outside. In the middle of a moment that feels a little off. It’s less about fixing anything outside of you and more about clearing what’s happening within.
Have you read about or practiced Ho’oponopono before? I’m curious what your experience has been. It’s definitely a way of leveling up and connecting into our higher abilities!
