We’re moving through the energy of a Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse and this one hits straight in the emotional center.
A lunar eclipse is a supercharged Full Moon. Full Moons illuminate. Eclipses accelerate. When the Earth casts its shadow over the Moon, something hidden in us comes into shadow too… and then into awareness.
This is heart work.
You may notice:
- Big feelings rising out of nowhere
- Old relationship themes resurfacing
- A sudden clarity about what you can’t carry anymore
- Fatigue or emotional waves
- A quiet knowing that something has reached completion
Eclipses tend to work along the axis of fate and free will. Where we’ve been compromising our truth, overgiving, or ignoring our intuition? Spotlight. Where we’ve outgrown something? Release.
Instead of reacting, try:
- Observing your triggers
- Journaling what feels complete
- Waiting 48 hours before major decisions
- Hydrating + grounding your nervous system
- Asking: What is my heart ready to let go of?
