Day number three
Is a success but different from yesterday I just did some light stretching and also Mobility work jumping rope and today I did the same thing but added meditation on top of that also a yoga session will be added tomorrow for day number four this first week is seeing where I'm at seeing how I feel and next week I'm going to up the ante.
