Arthritis pain joint pain
Hello I'm trying to find out if there are some other things I can do besides taking some type of arthritis drug to soothe my pain I know food is a big deal and I understand being mobile and active helps with not letting your body sees up but I'm more of a holistic approach kind of guy and I don't want to have to always buy supplements but any information is awesome and me staying out of the doctor is key. So any advice from you awesome people about arthritis pain and whatnot and how you reversed it or got better with it or even just deal with it but still able to successfully attain your motivational Health stuff please and thank you you're awesome.

Day number three
Is a success but different from yesterday I just did some light stretching and also Mobility work jumping rope and today I did the same thing but added meditation on top of that also a yoga session will be added tomorrow for day number four this first week is seeing where I'm at seeing how I feel and next week I'm going to up the ante.

Lovely session today I had a little meditation on top of a brisk walk jumping rope and also light stretching with movement today I'm totally awesome and so are you guys

Good morning everybody this is Derrick William Haynes day number two of my my motion movement movement is underway but today is sucker free Sunday so it's time to do a little more than just the bare minimum I feel like it's good so I'm going to keep going I jumped rope for 10 minutes off and on to the best of my ability and I'm going to add 4 minutes or 2 minutes tomorrow and then every day I'm at 2 minutes I got to get back on my rhythm. Going to do some yoga love the stuff going to take a nice long walk it's beautiful outside and also of course keep on moving the motion of movement y'all are awesome hope you're doing well for yourself
