Smaller goals
I think the reason I haven’t been as consistent lately is because I’m trying to “fix” everything at once. Cardio, core exercises, strength workouts, calorie counting… I can say that I’ve been really overwhelmed and getting discouraged when I don’t accomplish everything I planned to do in a day/week. I need to dial it back and focus on smaller goals, so here’s my “day 1”. I want to walk at least 2 miles every day. When I’m consistent with that, I’ll add something else. My main goal is weight/fat loss, so calorie counting and cardio are the best for me right now. Hope it doesn’t sound like I’m rambling lol.
