It’s been a minuteeeee
Hey yall! It’s been a while I’ve checked in here! I went through a few life changes, and unfortunately my health and fitness wasn’t a priority over the last couple months. But everyday is a new day to start over, and here I am. I’m looking forward to the workouts and taking this seriously again!

Smaller goals
I think the reason I haven’t been as consistent lately is because I’m trying to “fix” everything at once. Cardio, core exercises, strength workouts, calorie counting… I can say that I’ve been really overwhelmed and getting discouraged when I don’t accomplish everything I planned to do in a day/week. I need to dial it back and focus on smaller goals, so here’s my “day 1”. I want to walk at least 2 miles every day. When I’m consistent with that, I’ll add something else. My main goal is weight/fat loss, so calorie counting and cardio are the best for me right now. Hope it doesn’t sound like I’m rambling lol.

@Liz Frazier yeah, there’s just not enough time in the day to do everything and I was feeling bad about myself for no reason! Gotta start small
Question…
How many of you ladies have the YAZIO APP? does your number of calories for your B,L and D fluctuate each day? Maybe it’s different for me since I’m not really trying to lose a lot of weight now I’m more or less trying to work on gaining muscle and working on my lower belly area. I’ll input all my meals in and the numbers change for that day throughout the day, could it be because I have my watch linked to it so as I burning calories throughout the day it’s adding more calories to my meals?

@Liz Frazier Just go into your calorie goal and set the number you want. It shouldn’t change after that.
