Hi, I’m Ana! 👋 I just joined and I’m super excited to show up for me! My main goals are to strengthen my core, lose some lower belly fat, and establish a stable workout and meal plan routine. I chose this membership because it seems to be more tailored to my specific needs such as I have an umbilical hernia and I’m postpartum still struggling to come back to my pre-baby self. I’m excited for the journey ahead. 💕💪

After a week or two of putting everything and everyone before myself and making excuses of why I couldn’t start, I finally did day one today (stretch and workout)! 🥹 💪🏾

Hi I’m 29, and over the next 10–12 weeks I’m ready to lay my old goals to rest and build brand new ones. Joining the M.I.L.F community feels like the turning point I finally have the information, and tools I need to rebuild and strengthen my body. I know that as long as I put in the work, I’ll reach my goals. Seeing all of you showing up and grinding every day has been incredibly motivating, and I’m so excited to be part of this journey with everyone.💪🔥
