No panic attacks today!!
Lately my body has been reacting to the daily stress of teaching. But today, I've come prepared to face the "end of the day attack" when my body decides it's had enough.
My blend today is Lavender and Clary Sage!
I chose these for 2 reasons; calming and balancing.
