Our herb of the month is Calendula - and yes, we're talking about it beyond just skin care! Did you know it's literally called "the herb of the sun" in traditional herbalism? It's a vulnerary herb that supports tissue repair (perfect for after movement!), reduces inflammation, and brings that bright, joyful energy we all need as the weather warms up.
