Sweet friends, as we step into a new week, letโ€™s pause for a moment and check in with our energy.
Not just our schedule. Not just our to-do list. Not just everything waiting for us.
Our actual energy.
So often we say, โ€œ๐•€ ๐•Ÿ๐•–๐•–๐•• ๐•ž๐• ๐•ฃ๐•– ๐•–๐•Ÿ๐•–๐•ฃ๐•˜๐•ช,โ€ but maybe the deeper question is:
What kind of energy do I actually need this week?
Because not all energy is the same.

And some weeks, we need a little bit of all of it.

  • What is draining me right now?
  • What is giving me life right now?
  • What kind of support would help me feel steady?
  • What small rhythm could help me feel more grounded?
  • What do I need more of this week โ€” calm, focus, rest, play, protection, or nourishment?
Today, take a few minutes to notice your energy without judging it.
If you feel tired, you are not failing. If you feel scattered, you are not behind. If you feel tender, you are not weak. If you feel motivated, enjoy it without overloading yourself. If you feel like you need to go slow, honor that too.
