💉 My Retatrutide Journey (48 Years Old, One Year Post-Heart Attack)
I’ve never been “fat fat.” But I’ve absolutely battled: 🍪 Snacking 🍕 Overeating 🌙 Late-night food noise Last year I decided I wanted something different. I set a goal: 📸 Get into ridiculous shape and do a photo shoot. 🥗 Phase 1 — Hard Dieting (Before Reta) I dieted hard for 2 months. Lost about 10 lbs. But I was: 😩 Suffering 🍽 Constantly thinking about food 💭 Fighting cravings 📉 Nowhere near the shape I was chasing It felt like white-knuckling every day. 🧪 Phase 2 — Enter Retatrutide I had been deep into research on peptides and retatrutide specifically. So I said… Why not. ❌ Mistake #1 — Starting at 4mg Don’t do that. It felt like I had eaten two Thanksgiving dinners… And someone told me to eat again. For 3 straight days. It’s hard to describe — just extreme fullness. Food was the last thing I could imagine. 🔄 Week 2 — 2mg Much better. ✔️ Eating clean ✔️ Still getting 4 meals per day ✔️ ZERO food noise ✔️ Night snacking gone ✔️ Energy levels strong This was huge for me. The mental freedom was insane. 🔥 Week 3 — 2mg Again Easy week. Workouts strong. Meals on track. Down another 2 lbs. This is when I realized this wasn’t just appetite suppression — it was control. 🎯 Week 4 — Back to 4mg (Sweet Spot) This is where everything dialed in. 4mg became my perfect dose. I never went higher. I got: ✅ Full appetite control ✅ No side effects ✅ Stable energy ✅ Clear head And something weird happened… Food that used to feel bland? Suddenly tasted amazing. My diet became: 🍗 Chicken 🥩 Lean ground beef 🍚 Rice 🥦 Broccoli (And yes… mustard on everything 😂) I wasn’t forcing it anymore. 📸 8 Weeks — Photo Shoot Ready After 8 weeks, I hit the shape I was chasing. The shoot went amazing. But it felt… anti-climactic. So I did something wild. At 48 years old. One year removed from a heart attack. I entered my first bodybuilding show. 🏆 12 Weeks Total — Show Day Another 4 weeks at 4mg. Another 4 weeks of clean eating. I hit my all-time best condition.

Reconstituted with 3 mL bacteriostatic water Dosage reference 10 units on an insulin syringe CONCENTRATION BREAKDOWN Total volume after reconstitution 3 mL 1 mL equals 100 units So 10 units equals 0.1 mL Per 10 units you get approximately GHKCU 1.67 mg TB500 0.33 mg BPC157 0.33 mg This makes dosing simple and consistent Every 10 unit increment scales cleanly WHAT THIS BLEND IS DESIGNED TO DO Glow 70 is focused on - Skin tightening - Collagen regeneration - Scar and stretch mark improvement - Connective tissue quality - Inflammation control - Overall tissue remodeling - It is not just a cosmetic peptide It works at the genetic signaling level PART 1 GHKCU The Skin Remodeling Driver WHAT GHKCU DOES GHKCU is a naturally occurring copper binding tripeptide that declines with age It regulates gene expression related to - Collagen I and III production - Elastin formation - Glycosaminoglycan synthesis - Anti inflammatory signaling - Wound healing pathways It improves fibroblast activity Which means more structural protein production in the skin In simple terms It signals your skin to rebuild and tighten VISIBLE BENEFITS - Improved skin firmness - Reduction in loose appearing skin - Improved elasticity after weight changes - Fading of stretch marks over time - Softer appearance of scar tissue - Improved overall skin thickness and density - More even tone and healthier glow TIMELINE EXPECTATIONS Week 1 to 2 Improved hydration Skin feels tighter and slightly firmer Week 3 to 4 Improved texture More elasticity Early fading of redness or discoloration Week 6 to 8 Noticeable tightening Improved stretch mark appearance Smoother scar edges Week 8 to 12 More significant collagen remodeling Improved overall skin density COMMON STARTING APPROACH 10 units daily Or 10 units 5 days per week More aggressive cosmetic protocols may use 20 units daily (though I do not personally suggest this) Cycle length 8 to 12 weeks is typical for visible remodeling

Reta!
Hi there !!! I’m new to peptides! I started Reta about 5 weeks ago and I’m getting great results! I’ve always been pretty disciplined and dialed in with my food noise, however I really have noticed I have 0 food noise and legit it has helped me so much during my prep. Especially being lower calories that hunger or desire is completely gone and it’s helping me to lean out really nicely! I started at 136 and I’m down to 131 but also prioritizing my muscle so it’s been great/ I also heard and have researched that mots c works well in combo with it so I’m really excited to try it
