Made a new video about the exact system we sell to local businesses and I wanted to give you the whole breakdown here as well, because I think alot of you are stuck at the same point I was for way too long. Everyone tells you to go sell AI. Nobody tells you what that actually means when you're standing in front of a plumber. And the thing that took me way too long to understand is that the plumber does not care about AI at all. He cares about two things, saving time and making more money. That's it. So we stopped talking about AI and started talking about the four holes his business is already leaking money through. 1. Nobody answers the phone. Someone sees the ad, calls, the owner is under a sink, the call goes unanswered and the customer calls the next guy. Fix: a missed call text back (or a voice agent) that keeps the lead warm until he can call back. 2. Buying exposure on the wrong platform. A plumber running Facebook and Instagram ads is handing out flyers in an empty parking lot. When a sink breaks people go to Google and search plumber near me. Fix: get him found on Google instead. 3.
