In my 20's I went through 6 months of panic disorder, panicking every 30 mins.
That developed into fear of going out, seeing people, etc. I found myself afraid of myself, deflated & scared to death I would be stuck that way forever
Despite great tools from therapists, they could not give me the answers. So frustrated, I learnt how to exit myself, I developed a strategy for all fears. I went on to study, the🧠& body, CBT tools & have been in practice for 10+ years, guiding others out of fear cycles
