I like this site. It has some good info and other info that could stand to be refined. One thing for all of you that are younger than 26. Yes there is a reason I said 26, ask me later. Anabolics have a place, but if you are young and only have been lifting for a short amount of time (less than 5 years) stay away from the gear. You have SO much hormonal potential that is untapped. Hit the gym, learn all you can about lifting, bust your ass in the gym, stay off your phone and lift, get the nutrition dialed in, no dirty bulks, be able to cut if you want, keep the BF right around 10%, and sleep. I know sleeping is for the weak when you are young, but decide if you want to hit your max genetic potential. If you don't care then don't sleep, but if being peeled and attracting the people you desire, then you have to sleep. Taking gear comes with side effects, some that goes against your desired goal. Acne, water retention, night sweats, gyno, oily skin, depression (deca), that is not going to attract your people of interest. SEs can be handled some cannot. For example: The rage and aggression that comes with Tren is what it is. They don't call it divorce in a bottle for nothing. People will be more impressed with a natty hard chiseled body. When you are young and hit the gear people will think you are lazy and need immediate gratification. By the way, natty gains will stay with you better than gains from gear.
