If so what has your experience been like doing this? Do you have any advice about the best way to do this? I have access to annuity product with a good LTC rider and I am thinking this could be a good way to generate sales leads and appointments at a low cost or possibly for free. Does anyone have some info on how they structure annuity ladders? I have a potential client looking to ladder annuity that become surrender free every 4 years and start new annuity or start monthly income payments upon maturity.
