Excited to be here!
Hi everyone! So great to be with all of you here in this amazing community! I'm originally from PEI, Canada and no living in Fredericton, NB. I've worked in the health/fitness industry for over 20 years and have been working as an online women's holistic hormone health practitioner the last 4+ years. This work came after my own healing journey through 6 years of burnout and hormonal chaos. I'm excited to help as many women as I can, learn to understand their body's, reconnect with themselves and live vibrantly!
