Hello Heroes! I unfortunately will not be very active over the next few months. However, I will keep the community open and I will always be here to give you all as much guidance and help to transform yourself for 2026. You can ask infinite questions and I will respond do you. Hey Heroes! The next plan is to reformat the courses into a guided anime story where you follow it an exercise over the course of 90 days and change your physique and skill set.
