Switching to Body Weight Only Exercises
Too much heart strain lifting heavy weights. Going back to my roots of 6 years of body weight training.
Going to do this for 3 months and try to get some anime skills back.
Kicked things off with: 200 push ups - 100 pull ups
And today: 1 hour of different jumping exercises for legs. 😬💪🙌🔥⚡️
