For example when training for front -lever you are not trying to get a bigger back and rear deltoids, (even though you will) it’s about focusing on the adaptations that unlock high level skills that transfer to incredible daily strength and longevity

Welcome!
When I started calisthenics I could do 2 pull-ups. The plateaus I’ve overcome to keep making progress has taught me much about myself. Progress comes much slower without community. So this is a place to share calisthenics wisdom with like minded people. What calisthenics skills do you most want to learn or refine?
