Rank a product: is it okay for me to use one keyword for ranking a product instead of two keywords. Also what exact impact does this make to my page/listing/product?

2.My product took a long time ( 10 months ) I found a supplier in February and now is December , the goods will arrive at Amazon in February which makes it a total of one year for completion. My question;; is this a normal situation or it only happened to me?

Due to this reason new sellers has added in the market for this product and the total review on H10 is now over 1000 , do you think I will face challenges when I start selling or I will overcome ?
