Motivation 🌱
Every time you reach for food today...
...you're casting a vote.
Not just for what you'll eat.
For the person you're becoming.
No one becomes healthier because they made one perfect choice.
They become healthier because they kept choosing the next right thing, over and over again.
So before your next meal, pause for just a moment.
Ask yourself,
"What choice would make me feel proud of myself an hour from now?"
Maybe it's a bowl of fresh fruit.
Maybe it's the big filling salad you've been meaning to make.
Maybe it's simply choosing progress instead of perfection.
You don't have to earn a healthy life all at once.
You just have to keep showing up for yourself.
One fruit.
One salad.
One choice.
Then tomorrow...
Do it again. 💚
