Morning Reflections
This morning, I asked a simple but powerful question:
“What is it that my soul wants me to know today?”
Then I became still.
I allowed my breath to find its own rhythm, soft and steady, as I sat in quiet presence. And in that space, something began to unfold.
Scenes from my life started to arise - moments from childhood, my teenage years, early adulthood, and all the way through to now. One after another, they moved through me like a living tapestry. And as they did, I felt something unexpected yet deeply familiar … immense gratitude.
A sense of awe.
Because as I witnessed these moments, I could see so clearly what I couldn’t always see at the time: I have been carried through every single challenge, every heartbreak, every struggle, and every moment of growth.
Without fail.
There were times when it didn’t feel that way. Times when it felt lonely, confusing, or unbearably heavy. But looking back now, it is unmistakable.
The Creator has never once forgotten me.
Never once forsaken me.
And through it all, my faith - sometimes quiet, sometimes fierce - has remained. Steady. Relentless. Unwavering.
I was raised within a very religious framework, with all the structure and constraints that can bring. But as I grew, I chose a spiritual path - one rooted in direct connection, lived experience, and truth as I feel it in my soul.
And still … my connection with the Creator has remained the anchor of my life. It is where I return for solace. For peace. For remembering.
So wherever you find yourself today - whether you are in ease or in struggle - know this:
Faith does not make life easy.
But it does make the seemingly impossible very, very possible.
