  1. I thought it was interesting how you can reset your brain with simple things (rearranging furniture, chaning phone app layout, seeking out new smells, changing daily routines, etc.).
2. Some things I plan on using are changing daily routines - maybe driving different routes, changing workouts, seeking new smells and changing my phone layout.
