What to look for when starting as an apprentice?
Hoping all is well , I need to do a PSA for all barbers looking into an apprenticeship on the big island. Do your research, look into your mentors history , look at their success rate.
Im watching too many people get burned when it comes to getting their hours logged and reported .
Advocate for yourself , ask questions if they get defensive, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY
Everything should be transparent when it comes to any apprenticeship
