I just published a new YouTube video that came from a lot of recent conversations I’ve been having, both inside and outside of Skool.
Over the past weeks, I’ve been working with 1:1 clients, and I keep noticing the same patterns:
- People thinking low-ticket is safer when starting
- People building communities and waiting to monetize
- People feeling stuck even though they’re “doing all the right things”
What I share in this video is not theory, it's what actually worked for me when I was starting - without an audience, without certifications, and without a website.
One of the biggest shifts for me was realizing that: Starting with 1:1 coaching first makes everything else easier - including building a community.
The community can grow passively while you do the real work:Helping people deeply, getting results, and building confidence.
If you’re curious about:
- Why low-ticket often slows people down
- Why most communities never make money
- Why 1:1 coaching makes even more sense with AI coming in
- And what kind of people I think will actually win in 2026
You can watch the video below 👇
And as always - if you’re watching it and you’re unsure how to turn your idea or skill into a clear offer, post it here or DM me.
Happy to give feedback.
Cheering you on 🤍
