I thought I'd write a quick message about working with Lara yet knowing me it might be quite a long missive! 😂 TLDR: working with @Lara Bruyelles has been fabulous! I've been thinking about starting a community for a while and finally started accepting members in November. I'm a member of one of the largest Skool creator communities and saw Lara's activities there and Skoolers so found Aligned Creators from her activity. I felt there was something about her that was authentically Lara and I already had a sense that she was someone who would be able to at least guide me on that aligned path; I couldn't have underestimated her more! When we first spoke, as I was already just running my biz as an expensive hobby since pivoting, I'd already decided we were likely a good fit and checked the company bank balance to see where I stood. As soon as we started discussing my situation she impressed me with her attentive style and absolute presence. She pitched and I said, 'Yes.' I pivoted into coaching and the biggest aspect that surprised me during our relationship so far is how insightful she has been in uncovering my subconscious and allowing me to recognise my own blind spots. From the start we agreed a strategy, a plan of action, new habits to adopt, and approaches to embody. It's actually not been easy however it was simple, well defined, and in my opinion very likely to bear fruit specifically with regard to the agreed goal at the start. I'm not really considering whether or not it will be successful because it's helped me enormously to shift my identity from retired employee with a side Hustle to business owner with a hungry market which needs to know I'm there to help them. She's provided ideas, mentorship, accountability, systems, encouragement, and has been a real motivator, reminding me of my purpose, giving me energy, and providing small simple steps. @Lara Bruyelles I salute you 🫡 and thank you!

It is interesting how reality shifts when you move into a sphere that is not your comfort zone. Knowing I have an tendency to introversion I used to see myself as - actually having an innate proclivity for - being unable to network. In actual fact all it has just been ... all this time ... an unwillingness to meet and share my plans just in case something unwanted happens; what that might be I have no idea . So, far then, since seeing @Koen Cramer operate in his community and latterly starting my community, Type 1 Simplicity, a few weeks ago, I am working with @Lara Bruyelles and have booked two networking calls - - the one with @Jacopo Forte having just finished really positively - and have about 25% of my community members booked on Welcome calls. In addition I spent Saturday with some of you and others at the UK Skoolers IRL & after party Mastermind. This is embodying my head knowledge about shifting identity to become a person able to progress along one's aligned path. Thanks to everyone with whom I have interacted especially in the last 6 months or so,

Here's a pattern I see over and over - and honestly, something I lived through myself for years. A lot of people aren’t stuck because they’re doing "nothing". They’re stuck because they’re doing a lot… without any real signal. Creating content. Thinking about offers. Building ideas, communities, plans. But without: - real feedback - real conversations - or a real human “yes” everything starts to feel heavy, lonely, and confusing.
