So we all agree time is an illusion right? Well, since it is an illusion that means we can bend time to our will. If you're the type of person who works a lot but when it comes to doing the things you know will help you achieve that next level, you suddendly "don't have time". That is a belief that is rooted in the illusion of time. Let me explain. 👁️ Saturn is the father of time and the material. As soon as you are born time starts ticking (or does it?). The more we focus on time the more pressure, anxiety and stress we feel. Specially for those who have to get a LOT done. But what if I told you your mind could slow time down while YOU speed up? Getting more done in less time. That my friend is GOD's TIMING. The ability to tap into flow state where time disappears and it is just you and the action you are doing. When you spend time with a loved one, suddendly it speeds up. Before you know it, you gotta go home. But if you were to put your hand on a hot stove , suddendly time slows down and even a minute can feel like eternity. What makes this different? On one you focused on time since your intention was to do the most with your loved one on the limited time provided. So time sped up. On the other one, you focused on your hand hurting, you occupied SPACE instead of time. That's why it slowed down. Time slows down when your mind occupies SPACE through accessing the present moment. This unlocks flow state where downloading ideas, accessing creativity, & having clearer thinking becomes possible since your subconscious mind also resides in the present moment. At first i thought it would be a long and hard process to learn how to enter into a flow state till just now. The situation was that i had to be on two places in the same time. I had to be looking though some documents on the kitchen table and in thr same moment to be in the shopping center to buy goods. At some point i fell into a momentum panic, and then i remembered that the God's time method exist. Then i told myself that the time on the clock is not the time i move by, i litterly imagine how the clock's sticks stopped ( it was 12:26). After 2 mins of deep breath i calmly explained to myself what are we doing, and i began. Finished with part one and got on my way to the market, meanwhile the whole time i refused to check thr clock, and i quickly visualized myself litterly speeding though space and entering the shop. Let me just tell you guys that i didn't feel how i got to the shop but i was in 12:36 sharp at the shop. If that was a situation in which i was checking the time i would have been at 13:00 at the shop. The feeling while ur in a glow state can't be directly explained, you gotta experience it to know its feeling. I loved it and im definitely putting it in my weekly habit! 🌌⏰😶‍🌫️🧚‍♀️

Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve noticed something that’s shifted my perspective. I still believe there’s power in manifestation, affirmations, and being present, but I’ve realized that what matters even more—for me at least—is my energy investment. When I don’t prioritize quality sleep, recovery, and giving my mind time to slow down, it’s so much harder to stay present and embody the person I’m trying to become. Working with people every day made me notice this. I’m constantly choosing my battles, reading conversations, and managing different personalities. When I’m well-rested and my nervous system feels regulated, handling those stressors feels natural. But when my energy is depleted, even with the same manifestation practices, it’s harder to stay aligned. It made me realize that protecting my energy isn’t separate from manifestation—it might actually be one of the biggest parts of it.
