Heavy nose bleeding in the middle of the night?????

For info, when I was little a had almost frequently random nose bleeds at day and night time. With time passing it stopped.

But now I wake up at 3:30 am in the middle of the night with HEAVY nose bleeding. (?????)

It was only for a few minutes but still.

I feel so confused, don't know what to do now or what it meant.

If anyone of u guys know what to do, what it meant etc, please let me konw in the comments.

I feel it wasn't anything good.

And someone else might be the cause or one of the reasons why.
