My 3 takeaways are 1. The path God forges for you is the most successful one there is 2. Be aware and observe every thought you have (especially when sitting down in meditation) 3. Hold space for all your emotions and look at them with pure awareness Thank you Irah for your wonderful class. Much love you all and I hope you're all doing well!
