Lately I’ve been noticing how many capable, thoughtful women feel stuck,
Not because they’re lazy or unclear, but because their nervous system has been in survival mode for too long.
When your body doesn’t feel safe, it’s hard to:
• make decisions
• follow through
• receive support
• imagine something different
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause, breathe, and regulate first.
One of my go to’s is:
hand on heart
eyes closed
take a slow deep breath in
hold it a few seconds
and exhale slowly
Repeat 3-5 times
