New Summit: March 30, 31 & April 1 2026
The 🌸 Built to Be Seen Summit is a spring activation for midlife women Skool hosts who are ready to step into visibility with intention — and build businesses designed to be seen, shared, and scaled. You already have experience. You already have the insight. Now it’s time to simplify, position yourself clearly, and grow with focus. Inside this summit and community, visibility is strategic — not performative. We focus on productizing your expertise, building traffic and community, using AI as leverage, and monetizing Skool communities without adding complexity or burnout. Interested in being Speaker? Get to Level 5 - applications will be posted next week! Check out our NEW About Page & Graphics!!

This is going to be a good one for sure!
✨ If You’ve Ever Felt Too Old, Too Late, or Not Enough This Is For You.
I started watching the show Younger on Netflix the other day… and wow. It hit me harder than I expected. Because in 2022, that was me losing two jobs back-to-back, not because I wasn’t skilled or educated… but because I “wasn’t young enough” for the role. And I wish I could say that was the end of it, but you know how the story goes.Interview after interview… and still no job. Not young enough. Not trendy enough. Not the “look” they were hoping for. Meanwhile, I had an education, a decade of experience as a stay-at-home mom, and more determination than half the people in that room. But here’s the thing no one talks about: 👉 If you’re not 25 with no kids and a perfect résumé, the world treats you like you’re expired. 👉 If you took time to raise babies, suddenly your career gap becomes a flaw. 👉 If you’re picky about what job you want now, you’re judged for that too. 👉 And if you’re “starting over,” people whisper like something must be wrong with you. I know I’m not the only one who’s lived this. Some women had the chance to continue their careers uninterrupted daycare, stable hours, promotions, 20 years in the same field. And good for them. Truly. But for many of us? Life didn’t look like that. We stayed home. We raised our kids.We sacrificed years of earning, learning, and being valued in the workplace. And then when we finally try to get back out there… we’re met with judgment, rejection, and paychecks that don’t even cover the bills. Some of you are working fast-food jobs just to make something work. Some of you are piecing together part-time hours. Some of you are crying in the car between shifts. Some of you feel so defeated you don’t even know what direction to move in anymore. And I’m not writing this to to push you down. I’m writing this because I see you because I was you. I’ve lived the humiliation. I’ve lived the “what’s wrong with me?” spiral. I’ve lived the fear of starting over at an age where everyone else seems to be coasting into retirement.

@Brenda Rigney our story does because we are relatable and when people feel relatable they feel comfortable. I want my audience to feel comfortable i want them to feel heard and I want to change their lives. Your story fits so many stories here :) that’s why you’re so good at what you do. You’re raw and tell the truth people love that. And your come from a place where we all want to be. Brenda your a great leader one of the best and I love when you tell your story 💕
📣 Midlife Creator Roll Call
One thing I wish more women 40–60 knew: 👉 You are early, not late. Midlife women are the fastest-growing audience online — and yet there are still so few creators speaking directly from lived experience. That means: - High demand - Low competition - Deep trust Your experience matters.Your perspective is needed. And someone in this community needs exactly what you know. So let’s flip this into an introduction + visibility moment 👇 📊 Answer this poll below: Which area of your midlife expertise do you most often help other women with? COMMENT PROMPT (this part matters 👇) After you vote, introduce yourself in the comments with one sentence only: “I help midlife women with ________, and one thing I know from experience is ________.” No pitching. No links. No overthinking. Just real experience → real value. This is how we normalize midlife women owning their expertise and being seen for it. 💥 I’ll jump in first in the comments too! 👇 Your turn.

🔥 At 56, I Stopped Forcing My Business
I just dropped a new YouTube episode where I share what actually changed everything for me in midlife. The biggest shift? Energy isn’t a mindset issue. It’s a business strategy. In this episode, I walk through the key lessons that helped me: - Build community instead of chase algorithms - Choose recurring income over constant launches - Create systems that work on low-energy days - Let my business support my life (not drain it) After you watch, tell me in the comments: 👉 What part of your business feels like it’s asking for a different approach right now? https://youtu.be/_Cnl-rC-A_A

@Brenda Rigney yes girl yes! And it’s so rewarding
Why Communities Will Beat Social Media by 2026 (And Why This One Already Works)
I want to share something I’ve been noticing and honestly, it’s been a big confirmation for me. I can post valuable content on social media and it barely moves unless I turn it into an ad. But when I share the exact same ideas in here or I other Skool communities the engagement, conversations, and follow-through are on a completely different level. And it’s not an accident. Communities work because everyone here chose to be here. No algorithms. No fighting for attention. No noise. Inside a community: • People read instead of scroll • Questions get asked (and answered) • Connections actually form • Trust builds faster • Action happens This is why I truly believe communities will outperform social media accounts moving into 2026 and beyond. Social is great for visibility. But community is where momentum, clarity, and real growth happen. For me, this isn’t theory it’s already working. Less effort. More engagement. Better conversations. Stronger results. If you’re here, you’re exactly where you need to be. Curious to hear from you 👇 👉 What made you join this community?? Here’s the proof👇

@Brenda Rigney Yes!! It was when you had your networking call in November. That call changed everything for me. I've been here since day one and I have to say that call was a turning point for me. I knew what I needed to do right after and I have felt more clarity then ever. I have since opened a community myself and feel so aligned now. This is my true purpose.
