Great to Be Here...Quick Question for You.
One of the things that I deal with when presenting is the umms and uhhhs. When I am presenting I am often so not aware of the fact that I stack so many filler words while I am speaking.
What would be the best way to manage that so that I sound clearer and not like I am constantly searching for what I want to say?
