I almost got rid of the ✨ Miracles tab
Then I realized something. 🏆 Wins are measurable. You got the promotion. You spoke up in a meeting. You landed the client. You finished the course. But not everything valuable can be measured. ✨ Miracles are often transformations you can't quantify. Sometimes the biggest shift isn't a new job or a raise. Sometimes it's becoming a different person. For example, Jake recently used the word transformative to describe his journey in this community. That's hard to put on a scoreboard. But it's valuable. In fact, some of the most important things in life have intrinsic value. They matter because of who we become in the process, not because of an external result. Your journey is not always measurable. Sometimes the miracle is:• Feeling more confident• Trusting yourself again• Finding your voice• Meeting the right person at the right time• Having an insight that changes your direction So now I'm wondering... Should we keep the ✨ Miracles tab? PS: @Jake Spencer shared his transformative jouney, a miracle. 🗳️ Poll:

The breathing method you MUST try before your next meeting
Hi lovely members 💛 I wanted to share the breathing method I encourage everyone to do before their next meeting, presentation, or difficult conversation. Because most people think they have a communication problem… when actually, they have a nervous system problem first. If your breathing is shallow:→ your thoughts speed up→ your voice tightens→ your mind goes blank→ you lose access to your clarity This is why some people sound “less confident” even when they know exactly what they’re talking about. Before pressure hits, regulate the body first. In this video, I walk through a simple breathing technique I personally teach professionals before high-pressure communication moments. 🎥 Pull up the video before your next meeting. Practice it for 2–5 minutes. Then notice the difference in how you think and speak. Most people try to “think” their way out of anxiety. But communication starts in the body first. 👇 Watch here: https://youtu.be/tZWuoNpTZjE?si=TeH89qb2YvFEbilo Thank you @Coach John for reminding us to breath. @Shawnta Buckner this is the breathing method I was talking about.

Super helpful! I will definitely use this! Going to try it out before our meet tomorrow!
“Reading the room” vs. hypervigilance (similar, but not the same)
This is a big one. We tend to scan. We try to protect something in ourselves. But here’s the question: When you’re hyper-focused… are you focused? Or are you hypervigilant? Because those are not the same. Here is the distinction: Reading the room = observing what’s happening (tone, energy, engagement) Hypervigilance = interpreting and filling in gaps (“they’re judging me”) Quick check in the moment: Am I observing or interpreting? Do I have evidence or am I guessing? Use this in meetings: Pause → Notice → Name Pause: don’t react Note: facts only Name: “This person looks distracted” vs. “They think I’m boring” That shift keeps you clear instead of spiraling. And this is why people freeze: your attention turns inward under pressure. Fix the attention → your message follows.

Thank you for the suggested usage. Wow. Facts vs Perception. This is very useful
What no one tells you about public speaking
I wanted to share a YouTube video I recorded on a question I get all the time: “How do I speak in front of others without feeling awkward or losing myself?” Most people think the answer is: 👉 speak more 👉 prepare more 👉 use better English (for my international professionals) But that’s not what actually works. Inside the video, I break it down into 3 simple shifts: • Read the room first (before you speak) • Start simple (“Hi, my name is…” + pause) • Use less words (your presence does more than you think) This is directly connected to what we train here: → not just what to say → but how to enter a moment with control If you’ve ever: • frozen when attention is on you• felt pressure to “fill the silence” • or didn’t know how to start speaking Watch this 👉 https://youtu.be/W0vxWyMWKxc?si=wu_J2I8XNWX5eofv Then come back here and tell me: 👉 which of the 3 felt hardest for you? I’ll help you work through it.

Great reminder! I have to be mindful of reading the room vs hyper vigilance, which tends to happen to me.
