Starting Fresh!
Today is November 1st and what better day than the first of the month to start something fresh?? Like so many others, I have let life and its obstacles get in the way of being my fittest, healthiest and best self. So, I thought what better way to get rolling than to start again today and share my journey here, with all of you! Today is Day 1. I started it with writing out things I am grateful for and writing my 3 daily priorities that are non negotiable for today. I then did a workout and had a protein rich meal. Here's the thing. I also had my way to sugary chai latte. I am NOT trying to be perfect right out of the gate. In the classroom section you will find my 5 Day Metabolic Jumpstart Challenge. It's a good way to click the reset button and start things rolling. Or feel free to just jump on here and follow me and gain the support from others in the group!
