Today is November 1st and what better day than the first of the month to start something fresh?? Like so many others, I have let life and its obstacles get in the way of being my fittest, healthiest and best self. So, I thought what better way to get rolling than to start again today and share my journey here, with all of you!
Today is Day 1. I started it with writing out things I am grateful for and writing my 3 daily priorities that are non negotiable for today. I then did a workout and had a protein rich meal. Here's the thing. I also had my way to sugary chai latte. I am NOT trying to be perfect right out of the gate.
