Small win today 🙌
Finally landed a short-term client for email management + basic AI drafting. It’s not huge money, but honestly it feels like progress.
One thing I noticed though — they expect FAST replies, like within minutes sometimes.
How are you all managing response time without being glued to your screen 24/7? I’m trying to set boundaries but don’t want to lose the client either.
