Small win today 🙌
I finally stopped saying yes to everything a client asks for. One of my clients kept adding “quick tasks” that were turning into hours of extra work.
This time I actually said: “Happy to help, I’ll add this to next month’s scope or we can adjust the package.”
They agreed instantly… which made me realize I’ve probably been undercharging this whole time lol.
Anyone else had this moment where you realize the problem was… you?
