Hello everyone! I am new here. And I want to have my first post and check with you how long do you usually wait for a song/album to be processed by distrokid and then released to the stores? Recently, mainly from beg of July I have multiple songs stuck in the same starting point of distrokid checking of the song/songs and AW. Did anyone else encoutered this issue? My oldest song that is in this step is from 3 of July. Thanks a lot, Nick

New using SUNO. I'm an old school producer (Berklee grad, multiinstrumentalist, Grammy voting member, bla bla bla) and I totally see SUNO as an amazing tool for any musician. I really can't understand the anti AI doomsday musicians around the globe. I use SUNO as my own personal Quincy Jones. I provide the music, SUNO spits back musical ideas. Great ones. Timbaland pays thousands a month to his producers to spit back musical ideas. I pay $20 a month to a synthetic one. Why is THAT questionable? But I digress... Looking for SUNO gurus who give me consent to poke inside their brain. I promise I'll be gentle :-)

Hi all, As the title suggests I am new to this community but am very interested in making music, whether it be AI assisted or not. By following some of Jesse's YT videos and excellent free tools, I have locked in my first niche that looks like it's currently low competition (equally maybe too low search volume), but hey... it's a genre I love to listen to which is Nu Skool Breakbeats/Breaks, similar to Stanton Warriors in terms of beats but I love to drop my own style twists on top. So far I have a YT channel and an IG account with a few tracks on. Hoping to slowly build up a back catalogue, release slowly and hopefully reap the rewards. Here for the long haul... 🔥🤘🎶

Lately I've been having a really frustrating issue with DistroKid. Almost none of my new albums are getting published on YouTube. I did a quick search and it doesn't seem like I'm the only one. I found several Reddit posts where people said YouTube has been receiving such a huge amount of low-quality A.I music uploads that they're becoming much stricter. I don't know if that's actually true, though. The reason I'm skeptical is because I have two other artists distributed through Symphonic, and both of them are still getting their releases published on YouTube without any problems. So maybe this is something specific to DistroKid? I'm really not sure. To avoid flooding, I only upload one album per week (around 15 tracks each), but even then they still aren't showing up on YouTube. At this point it's getting a bit ridiculous. Has anyone else here been dealing with the same issue?
