It’s actually simple. There are only six strategies. Here they are: 1. Pick one type of customer. Pick the right one. Work together with competitors when it helps you grow faster. Create affiliate deals so you can offer a more complete solution to your customers. 6. Choose one area where you can beat your competitors easily. Then spend all your marketing money talking about this one advantage. (For Oracle, this was pricing — they could afford to be the cheapest.) Aswell, very promising environmently friendly AI-Chips just launched, OpenAI is changing their Business Structure an re-negotiating with microsoft and much more. Everything is about AI, and AI is in everything. You’ll struggle to find a website or a company that isn’t telling you how they’re now using AI. Sora 2 is out — and its only real use is to create semi-entertaining TikToks. GPT-5 isn’t really better than GPT-4, and it’s definitely not AGI — which we can’t even properly define. If we look at bubbles that existed in the past — Bitcoin, the Dotcom Bubble, etc. — then all of these circumstances (and some more) are strong evidence that the current bubble is about to burst.
